Order Processing Time

Typically, the processing time for orders of in-stock products is within 48 hours (excluding weekends). After shipment, you will automatically receive tracking information via email.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, kindly reach out to our customer service within 12 hours of placing the order. For requests made beyond the 12 hours, please contact our customer service to verify whether the order has already been shipped.

FREE Shipping On Orders Over £99

Standard shipping fee of $10 will be charged for orders under £99.

 

Delivery Time:

Orders in the UK are typically delivered within 3-5 working days after shipment. If you haven't received your order within 5 working days after receiving the tracking number, please promptly contact our customer service at info@dntoptics.com.

If ordered products are out of stock or may take longer to ship, we will immediately email customers informing them of the updated delivery time.

 

Notes:

  • If the tracking number indicates that the package has been delivered, but you haven't received it, please contact customer service within 7 days. Requests beyond 7 days cannot be processed.
  • We are unable to ship any orders to military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO, etc.), postal boxes, or international addresses.
  • Please note that if the delivery information provided by you is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in unsuccessful delivery, and if you request a reshipment or refund, we reserve the right to charge a fee or deduct shipping costs.
  • We do not provide delivery services to remote areas and islands.
