All DNT Night Visions products are backed by our 2-year warranty.
If any product malfunctions occur within the warranty period, please promptly contact our support team (Email: info@dntoptics.com). We will provide repair or replacement services.
Please note the following situations are not covered by the warranty:

Malfunctions caused by the user's failure to follow the "User Manual" for proper use, maintenance, and adjustments.

Damages resulting from users dismantling, repairing, or modifying the scope on their own, as well as malfunctions caused by non-compliance with usage rules.

Failures resulting from improper use, storage, or accidental accidents by the user.

Serial numbers that have been modified, erased, or are difficult to identify on the device.

Products obtained from unauthorized and non-official channels (proof of purchase is required for warranty claims).
