Warranty Policy

All DNT Daytime Optics products are backed by our lifetime warranty.

All DNT Night Visions products are backed by our 2-year warranty.

If any product malfunctions occur within the warranty period, please promptly contact our support team (Email: info@dntoptics.com). We will provide repair or replacement services.

Please note the following situations are not covered by the warranty:

  • Malfunctions caused by the user's failure to follow the "User Manual" for proper use, maintenance, and adjustments.
  • Damages resulting from users dismantling, repairing, or modifying the scope on their own, as well as malfunctions caused by non-compliance with usage rules.
  • Failures resulting from improper use, storage, or accidental accidents by the user.
  • Serial numbers that have been modified, erased, or are difficult to identify on the device.
  • Products obtained from unauthorized and non-official channels (proof of purchase is required for warranty claims).
